This website exists to tell you where the three Daniel’s are, when they’re open, what we cook, and how to order. Using it means you’re alright with what’s below.

Menus, prices and hours

There are no prices on this site, and that is deliberate. Each Daniel’s runs its own kitchen and keeps its own menu and prices on its own ordering page. What you see there is the real thing; anything you read here about what we cook is a description, not an offer, and nothing on this site is a guarantee that a particular item is available today.

The same caution applies to hours. We publish them because a restaurant site that doesn’t is useless, and we keep them as current as we can from one place so all three stores stay in step. They can still be wrong — a holiday, a private event, a broken cooler, or a change nobody has told us about yet. If it matters, call the store. The number for each one is on its page.

Ordering, payment and delivery

You cannot buy anything on this website. Every order button hands you to the platform that store actually uses — Toast for pickup, and a delivery app where that store offers delivery. From that point you are dealing with that company and that store: their terms cover your order, your payment, your refund and your delivery, and their prices are the ones that apply.

We link to them because they are where our food actually gets ordered, not because we control them. We are not responsible for their sites being down, their fees, or their delivery times.

Careers

The careers page keeps one application open all year. Sending it is not an application to a specific advertised job — we do not post positions on this site — and it does not create an employment relationship, an offer, or a promise that we will get back to you about a role. It means we have your details on file for when something opens at the counter you named.

What’s ours

The Daniel’s name, the two wordmarks, the photographs, the illustrations and the writing on this site belong to us or to the people who made them for us. Please don’t reuse them without asking — although if you want to write about us or share a link, that is not what this is about, and the answer is usually yes. Just ask.

Using the site sensibly

Don’t attack it, don’t try to break into it, and don’t use the contact or careers form to send spam, abuse, or anything you wouldn’t say at the counter. We will block whatever we need to block to keep the forms usable for people with a real question.

Links to other places

Where we link to somewhere else — an ordering platform, a delivery app, a map, the market or the brewery one of our counters sits inside — that is for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and a link isn’t us vouching for everything on them.

No warranty, and the limit of what we owe you

We put this site together carefully and we would like it to be accurate and available at all times, but we can’t promise either. It is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using this website or from relying on information on it — including hours or availability that turned out to be wrong. If something here sent you to a closed door, tell us and we will fix the page; that is the remedy we can actually offer, and we would rather hear about it.

Nothing here is meant to limit any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes, and which law applies

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when we last did. Our restaurants are in Florida and these terms are governed by Florida law.
